Is there a charge for accepting SMS?

/kloc-No money will be deducted if the message at the beginning of 0/06 is not replied. The solution is as follows:

1, first find the "Settings" of the mobile phone and click in.

2. Open "Settings" and then pull it up, find "SMS" and click Enter.

3. After entering "Information", pull up to find the "blacklist" and click "Enter".

4. After entering the "blacklist", click "Add", and then select the contacts to be blacked out, as shown in the figure below.
