What should I do if the forklift license expires in the annual review?

Forklift license can only be reapplied if it expires at the annual review. Special operations personnel shall apply to the reexamination institution for reexamination three months before the expiration of the reexamination period indicated in the certificate, and the overdue certificate will automatically become invalid.

Application conditions and information:

1, junior high school education or above;

2. At least 18 years old and in good health;

3. Abide by discipline, love your job and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Above must bring my ID card, academic certificate (one for each), four recent bareheaded two-inch color photos, and a certificate of safety education, training and internship from the Quality Supervision Bureau.

Note: Forklift driver's license (Forklift License) is the People's Republic of China (PRC) Special Operation Certificate issued by state administration of work safety, and the forklift is only used in the workplace of the unit.

Before taking the forklift license, you must first learn to drive a forklift, and you must be trained through a formal training institution. Then the materials submitted by the training institutions will be assessed by the personnel of the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau, and the forklift license can only be obtained after passing the theoretical and practical operation examinations.
