1. Turn off the phone and restart it.

2. Check whether the number of the SMS center is correct. Operation: Information-Menu-Settings-SMS Centers, and set the number of SMS centers. Because the center number will be different in different regions, it is recommended that you contact the network operator for confirmation.

3. Uninstall the third-party software installed on the machine and try again.

4. Wipe the contact point between the mobile phone card and the mobile phone (whether the sim card is in poor contact), or try to replace the sim card (whether the SIM card is aging or damaged).
