What's wrong with WeChat voice without sound?

If you are using a Huawei mobile phone and receive a voice call when using WeChat without reminding, please try to solve it as follows:

1. Check whether this problem occurs when making a phone call or using a camera.

2. Check whether the phone is in mute and vibration mode.

5. Check whether the mobile phone and PC/ipad log in to WeChat at the same time.

If both the mobile phone and the PC/ipad log in to WeChat at the same time, you can set the mobile phone and the PC/ipad to turn on the ringtone notification or cancel the PC/ipad at the same time.

Operation method: Click the message bar on the mobile phone to remind "windows is logged in, and mobile phone notification has been turned off". After entering, check the ring or log off the PC/ipad, and the phone will return to normal.

6. Update the application to the latest version.
