When purchasing Dior products for the first time on Dior’s official website or offline direct stores, you will be registered as a member after filling in your mobile phone number and other information. Customers can return any goods within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Products purchased on Dior's official website that are not custom-engraved or otherwise specially customized can be returned to Dior's customer service department for a refund. Returns without quality issues will require the customer to bear the shipping costs. All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging.
