The relevant functional departments of the Red Cross Joint School of our school and social enterprises jointly held the ideological and political education activities on the theme of "patriotism and love for the school's public welfare" to welcome the National Day.

While highlighting the theme of blood donation, blood donation activities have strengthened content innovation and integrated other highlights. The main contents of the whole activity include the following four aspects:

One is to issue a "60th Anniversary Certificate of the Founding of New China" to every unpaid blood donor.

2. In the name of every unpaid blood donor, the school and the funding unit donated colored brushes to our revolutionary hero alumnus Tao Baohuan and the children of rural primary schools studying in Jang Jin Road.

Third, the children who received the donated brushes painted the words "I love my motherland".

Fourth, design and make cards with children's paintings and give them to unpaid blood donors and children.

The organization and planning of the whole activity was highly valued by Secretary Lai, strictly guided by Deputy Secretary Luo Yuan, strongly supported by teachers and assisted by two graduate students.

Tang Renguo, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of our school, delivered a speech at the launching ceremony of the activity on June 1 day, giving hope to the growth of our college students. Chen, deputy director of Guilin Municipal Health Bureau, affirmed the significance of this activity. In addition, the deputy stationmaster of Guilin Central Blood Station, the dean of the school hospital and other university teachers also attended the launching ceremony of this activity.

With teacher Luo Yuan's impassioned announcement: "The voluntary blood donation activity begins now". Volunteers began to donate blood in an orderly way. During the two-hour blood donation activity from 9: 30am to11:30am, 2 14 students participated in blood donation, and the total blood donation reached 52630ml. At the activity site, blood donation volunteers signed a message on the message board inscribed by Vice President Bai Xiaojun, expressing patriotic enthusiasm. Teenagers in our school are full of enthusiasm and love, spreading youthful vitality. Our blood is boiling, we sincerely offer and pass on our love, and we hope to warm and touch the world with our enthusiasm.

After the event, the Youth League Committee website issued a press release on the event. In less than a week, the click rate reached 1XX. This data shows the degree of concern and extensive influence of the event, and also gives a positive answer to the purpose and significance of holding the event.

Generally speaking, this activity can be said to be a successful conclusion, but there are still many problems in the main statistical activities. Mainly manifested in three aspects: first, the organization and planning experience is not enough, and the specific details are not fully considered. Second, the team leader's communication is not enough, which leads to the disconnection of activities. Third, the follow-up work has not been properly arranged.

After the activity plan was drawn up, I showed it to Teacher Luo, only to know that it was far from what Teacher Luo wanted. On the one hand, our new cadre's ability to write planning books is not enough, and even the most basic page setup and content format are problematic. On the other hand, we don't understand Mr. Luo's ideas well enough to highlight what he wants. Due to the lack of experience in activities, the main cadres are also somewhat vague in assisting the team leader, unable to accurately position themselves and control the overall situation of the activities. At the work coordination meeting, Mr. Luo Yuan defined the responsibilities of each group leader by cutting the cake. Everyone performs their duties and cooperates with each other, and the work enters the preparation process.

The working group is divided into field group, liaison group, publicity group and personnel group.

In the field team, because the team leader can't communicate well with other team leaders, he doesn't inform the instructor and other team leaders of his work progress, and he doesn't fully cooperate with other team members, so he can't assign the work to individuals, but adopts the principle of doing everything himself. In the end, many hardware devices were not present the night before the event, and the venue was not arranged. Fortunately, Janice took remedial measures in time to ensure the normal activities.

As the connecting link between the four activity groups and the hub of foreign cooperation, the liaison group has made a lot of efforts in Unicom cooperation and inviting typical blood donation volunteers, but failed to communicate with other team leaders and learn more about the specific work arrangements of Guilin blood station, which led to the deviation between the information provided by the blood station and the information given by the teachers of the Youth League Committee of the school, which hindered the work.

With the assistance of members of the Propaganda Department of the Communist Youth League Committee, the progress of the propaganda group is relatively stable. The equipment and materials needed for on-site interview and photography have been ready, but in the early publicity process, the production of revolutionary heroes and heroes exhibition board made mistakes and the work lagged behind. When making the main banner, the main title was not highlighted. In addition, I signed my name where I shouldn't. Finally, the banner had to be remade urgently, which delayed the work process.

The personnel team undertook the work of the venue team to a certain extent, ensuring that some hardware was in place. The team leader is serious and responsible, implements all the work in detail, fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of the presidents of each branch, and ensures that each branch has the will to participate in the activities. However, some personnel arrangements are not comprehensive enough, and the field work area in charge of the new assistant is chaotic and noisy. In addition, some staff members can't do their duty and wander around the scene, and the on-site sanitation cleaning is not timely. Therefore, a blood donation volunteer complained and dissatisfied with our work ability and attitude. Finally, the person in charge apologized to this classmate, which relieved the pressure of the problem.

After the activity, the main cadres failed to do the relevant work summary meeting in time, and did not inform everyone of the follow-up work, which led to the hasty preparation of the work summary and the relative lag in the production of the publicity commemorative book. In addition, where do the colored brushes come from, and when can the paintings be made into souvenirs? These answers are still waiting for the guidance of the Youth League Committee teacher.

As the main cadre of the Red Cross Society in our school, I personally didn't pay much for this activity, but I have a clearer understanding of my post and responsibility.

Generally speaking, I mainly did three things in this activity:

1. Organize the planning and preparation of activities.

2. Focus on work to ensure the smooth progress of important activities.

3. Start well and finish well, and organize activities to finish.

The writing of the activity planning book was personally guided by Mr. Luo Yuan, and the arrangement of venue personnel and on-site work distribution were also strongly supported by Brother Lei Yu and Sister Lin Xuan. The biggest feeling in my heart is that "success or failure lies in details, which is also an indicator to distinguish a cadre's ability."
