Is there a charge for binding a mobile phone?

There is no extra charge for binding. When you open or use our mobile phone service again, you will be charged. For example, mobile qq, SMS Superman, qq clairvoyance, texting, etc ...;

For those bound by sending SMS, the operator will charge the SMS uplink fee (please refer to the SMS fee of the local operator for the specific fee), and for those bound by the client and the webpage, no fee will be charged.
