Huawei 10 mobile phone can't send short messages.

If your mobile phone can't send all the short messages, it is recommended that you check according to the following methods:

1. If it is a dual-card mobile phone, Card 1 can move Card 2 for telecommunications, but Card 2 cannot send short messages. It may be because the VoLTE function of 1 card is turned on, and there is a network conflict. I suggest you turn off the VoLTE function of 1 card and try again.

2. If you choose to send a short message, and the prompt fails, you can choose

Go to SMS > More > Settings and select Restore Default Settings.

Go to settings > application management > more (or menu) > show system processes, then select information, click storage, and then select delete data and clear cache.

Go to settings > advanced settings > backup and reset > restore network settings (some models don't need this setting), and then try sending SMS.

3. If the above can't restore the SMS sending function, please back up the important data and restore the factory settings to try to solve it. If it still can't be solved, please back up important data in advance and bring the purchase invoice to Huawei customer service center for testing and processing.
