How to send a video as a file?

1. Open the phone photo album or file manager and find the video file to send.

2. The video file is very large, so it should be compressed first to reduce the file size. You can use some video compression applications or online services to do this. The tool provides some options, such as adjusting the video quality, resolution and compression bit rate as needed.

3. After the compression is completed, you can choose to save the video file to a specific folder on your phone. When saving, you can name the file for easy identification.
