If the customer's ID card has expired or will expire soon, the validity period of the ID card can be updated in the following ways: 1. Log in to mobile banking, click the ≡ sign in the upper left corner to enter the "My Information" function, click "Modify Customer Information", select the "Certificate Validity" menu, and update according to the prompts. 2. Pay attention to and enter the official account of "China Construction Bank Customer Service" WeChat, click "Business Handling-ID Card Expiration Update" menu, enter the "Pocket Sub-branch" applet, and follow the instructions on the page.
