1. Open the China Telecom software and click the query at the bottom of the page to handle it.

2. After switching to a new page, slide up the menu bar on the left, find this option, and click.

3. After opening the basic business processing page, slide the list up, find the option of closing the account and make an appointment, and click.

4. After opening the account cancellation page, click the mobile phone account cancellation in the page.

5. On the next page, fill in the cancellation number, owner's name, ID number, select the cancellation reason, and fill in other relevant information.
