Online declaration process of special equipment in Dezhou city

Special equipment refers to boilers, pressure vessels (including gas cylinders), pressure pipes, elevators, hoisting machinery, passenger ropeways, large-scale amusement facilities, special motor vehicles in the field (factory) and other special equipment to which this Law applies as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

There are potential dangers in special equipment, which are related to production safety and public safety. Once an accident happens, it will cause serious casualties and heavy property losses, and even seriously affect social production and life order.

According to the first paragraph of Article 40 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Safety of Special Equipment, "the user of special equipment shall, in accordance with the requirements of safety technical specifications, put forward regular inspection requirements to the special equipment inspection agency one month before the expiration of the inspection period." Paragraph 3: "Special equipment that has not been inspected regularly or fails to pass the inspection shall not be used any more." According to the date of the next inspection, the users of special equipment should apply for regular inspection on the "Dezhou Special Equipment Inspection Declaration Platform" one month in advance before the inspection report expires (due to the epidemic situation, it is recommended that all users apply for regular inspection on the platform two months in advance).

All special equipment in use needs regular inspection, and special equipment beyond the inspection validity period will be used. According to Item 1 of Article 84 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Safety of Special Equipment, if a user of special equipment commits one of the following acts, he shall be ordered to stop using the relevant special equipment and be fined between 30,000 yuan and 300,000 yuan: (1) Using special equipment that has been produced without permission, has not been inspected or failed to pass the inspection, or the use of which is explicitly prohibited by the state. Put on record for investigation.

The specific operation process of regular inspection is as follows:

1. Open Google or 360 Extreme Edition browser and search for "Texas Market Supervision Bureau";

2. Open the official website webpage;

3. Pull the webpage to the bottom and open the fifth link in the middle of the computer screen, "Dezhou Special Equipment Inspection and Declaration Platform".

4. Click "User Login of Original System" to enter the system;

5. Open the login interface, fill in the login information (registered mobile phone number, password and verification code) according to the account information registered during the initial inspection, and click Login;

6. If you forget your password, you can click the Forgotten Password below and enter your registered mobile phone number and verification code to reset it. The reset password will be sent to your mobile phone by SMS, and then you can log in by filling in the account number and the reset new password.

7. If you still can't log in after resetting, please call customer service (technical consultation) for consultation;

8. Select according to the equipment category of the enterprise after logging in;

9. Put the mouse on the selection box of the corresponding equipment category, and the inspection application category will pop up automatically, and click "Periodic Inspection";

10. Click the inspection category to pop up the interface for filling in inspection information (taking forklift as an example);

1 1. Fill in the information on the right to display enterprise information. Report collection methods are divided into self-collection and electronic report. The default report collection method of the system is electronic report, which needs to be downloaded and printed on this platform;

12. Click "Add Inspection Equipment";

13. Fill in the equipment information. Items marked with * are required and need to be filled in. For registered equipment, regular inspection is required. Click the inspection type and select General Inspection. Need to fill in the "use registration certificate number" and "license plate number", and the effective date of inspection shall be filled in according to the scheduled inspection cycle of the equipment. Whether to review and fill in "Yes";

14. Note that the forklift needs to select the equipment category of "Vehicles are motor vehicles", then select the equipment category of "Forklift" and click Save;

15. When the registered equipment is regularly inspected and sent for inspection, the number of the use registration certificate must be filled in (the forklift must fill in the license plate number);

16. If there are more than one device, continue to click Add Inspection Device. After filling in all the items, click Save in the upper left corner and submit. After submission, you will receive a short message receipt. The information of the equipment that has been inspected can be viewed in the declaration history in the upper right corner, waiting for the special inspection office to come to our county for inspection;

17. After the inspection, pay online through the platform or scan the QR code of the special inspection institute for payment;

18. 15- 30 days after inspection, log on to the platform again, click on the electronic report in the upper right corner, and download and print it.

Note: The equipment regularly inspected has been registered as special equipment, so it is unnecessary to register again.

Other types of special equipment need to select "periodic inspection" and fill in the number of special equipment registration certificate.
