Mobile banking channel: After logging in, use the functions such as "Home-Account Management-Click on the related account-Select' Call Account Change'-Select the mobile phone number to be closed" and follow the prompts on the page.

Personal online banking channel: After logging in, you can modify and delete the signed account through the function of "Account SMS Service-SMS Service Management".

Counter: I need a valid ID card, a passbook or debit card that cancels SMS service, and a mobile phone (which I will bring when I cancel the contract) to go to any outlet of BOC, and I can't do it on my behalf. /kloc-customers under the age of 0/6 must be represented by guardians over the age of 18 who have full capacity for civil conduct, and the guardians must issue household registration books or other identification materials.
