When I want to send a message to someone, I will see the content of the quick reply message preset by the system. The first item is "How is it going?" Next, we will try to modify the content of this message to what we want.

Next, please open the Apple Watch app on the iPhone paired with the watch.

Under the column of my observation, please click on the column of "Information".

In the information setting interface, please click the "Default Reply" column.

As shown in the figure below, there are six preset SMS replies. Let's change the first one.

You can change it to what you want in the future.

Finally, we go back to Apple Watch and look at the content of the default reply message, and we can see the new content that has been modified before.
