How to cancel SMS rejection on Samsung mobile phone?

When there is an incoming call on your mobile phone, there is an option to reject the incoming call and reply to the SMS at the bottom of the incoming call interface screen. The related settings of this option have not been cancelled. Don't swipe up to enter this option if you don't need to reject calls and reply to text messages.

SMS refused to cancel the setting when Samsung mobile phone was talking:

G mobile phone: Settings-incoming call/SMS interception-SMS interception-interception of registered numbers and phrases-SMS interception list (or enter Message-Menu-Settings-Spam settings-Spam filtering check-Spam string/Spam number-menu key-Create/Delete).
