How to remove the trace of the withdrawal message?

The record trace of WeChat withdrawal message cannot be deleted, only messages sent within 2 minutes can be withdrawn. After the withdrawal is successful, both parties will receive a withdrawal reminder.

Wechat supports recalling text, voice, pictures and video messages sent within 2 minutes and files sent within 3 hours (WeChat needs to be updated to 7.0. 10 and above). You can press and hold the message that has been sent and needs to be withdrawn, and click Withdraw to withdraw successfully (withdrawal of friend adding application is not supported), and a message that you/the other party has withdrawn will be displayed on the chat page.

The record trace of WeChat recall message cannot be deleted. There are four steps to use the recall message function of WeChat:

1. Open the chat interface and press and hold the message to be recalled.

2. Press and hold for two seconds, and then select the "Withdraw" option.

3. Click the "OK" option at the bottom to pop up the exit reminder.

4. If the withdrawal is successful, the record trace of withdrawal information will be displayed.
