3. Open the website www. 10086.cn, log in to the online business hall, click on my mobile phone, find the personal center, and find the business category that needs to be unsubscribed in the personal center. After finding the specific category to cancel, there will be an unsubscribe button at the back of the business column. Click it to cancel the business.
