1. Open and log in to official website in the telecom online business hall, and click "My 189" at the top of the webpage.

2. Click "My Package" in the pop-up list, which will jump to the user's home page.

3. Click "I want to inquire" on the left side of the jumped webpage to enter the interface for inquiring access time.

4. Click on "My Ordering Business" in the personal information office to view your business time and information.

Then you can see your online time in the information column of subscription business.
