Help, my s6 can’t send text messages. I couldn’t receive text messages before.

If your mobile phone cannot send and receive text messages, we recommend that you:

1. Check whether you can make calls and rule out whether it is due to insufficient phone credit or unstable network signals.

2. If you can make calls normally but cannot send text messages, please check whether the text message blacklist function is set up.

3. If you cannot receive text messages, please check whether the information center number is entered correctly (tip: the telecommunications card does not have an information center number setting).

4. If you are unable to send and receive text messages, it is recommended to try another SIM card.

5. If it doesn’t work, please back up the data in the phone (contacts, pictures, etc.) and restore the phone to factory settings.

If the problem persists, it is recommended that you bring your purchase invoice and repair card and send your phone to the nearest Samsung service center for testing.
