Recently, the epidemic situation in our city was concealed and spread because of the flow of decoration and maintenance employees, causing many people to be infected and affecting many counties and districts. To this end, the city's epidemic prevention and control emergency headquarters decided to strengthen the management of epidemic prevention and control in the decoration and maintenance industry, and notified as follows:

First, all renovation and maintenance sites in the city were shut down for 5 days. Comprehensively investigate the epidemic risk of decoration and maintenance employees in the city. All decoration and maintenance enterprises should re-register their employees one by one and report to the local housing and construction department. Relevant employees without fixed units should take the initiative to report through the hotline 12345, and local departments and communities such as housing and construction departments, real estate, human society and civil affairs are responsible for checking and registering to ensure that no one is missed. All hardware and building materials markets and stores in the city must fully implement the "site specification", and employees must participate in nucleic acid testing every day. Entering the hardware and building materials market and stores, you must accept the "two yards" and 24-hour nucleic acid sampling report.

The second is to fully implement the "two inspections and one investigation". "entrance inspection", that is, all crossings and stations in the city should continue to strictly grasp the entrance inspection; "Going out for inspection" refers to employees with high mobility such as decoration and maintenance, express delivery, take-away, security, cleaning and housekeeping. There is no emergency, and samples must be taken before going out every morning, and the unit should be allowed to be late; "Entrance inspection", that is, all personnel in the city must accept "two yards" inspection and 24-hour nucleic acid sampling report when entering public places, communities, organs, enterprises and institutions.

Third, all service workers in the city must strictly implement the "one-day inspection", wear masks all the time, and if they have symptoms such as fever, cough and diarrhea, they are not allowed to go to the door for service, and immediately call the hotline 12345 for help, so as to be sent to the fever clinic of designated medical institutions in time.

4. Recently, it was found that very few people ignored or even ignored the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, which led to the spread of the epidemic and was suspected of committing a crime. They are handling it according to law and will announce it to the public soon. Territorial, industrial departments, units and individuals should strictly implement the "four-party responsibility" for epidemic prevention and control, and dereliction of duty is strictly prohibited.
