Is there a SMS notification for violation?

Legal analysis: Generally, there will be no SMS notification after the vehicle violates the rules, unless the vehicle has been registered in the real name of the registration place and the real-time traffic violation notification of the online vehicle management office has been opened. Because there is a charge for SMS notification, the owner will sign an acceptance agreement when registering his real name. If you don't sign it, there will generally be no SMS notification.

Legal basis: Article 63 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, when a motor vehicle temporarily stops on the road, it shall abide by the following provisions: (1) No parking is allowed on the road section without parking signs or markings, on the road section with isolation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks, as well as on crosswalks and construction sections; (2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations; (three) in front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and on the road within 30 meters from the above places, no parking is allowed except using the above facilities; (four) before the vehicle has stopped, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians; (five) roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to get off, get on and off personnel or load and unload goods, and immediately leave; (six) city buses are not allowed to stop on the road outside the station.
