I can't check the bill now. Why?

Reasons for not finding historical bills include:

1. "Random SMS" login does not provide bill inquiry, please login with service password;

2. The query of the current month is not provided during the billing period (1 > 5th of each month);

3. Only the bills for the last 5 months (excluding the current month) can be provided;

4. Incorrect query operation, such as incorrect query instruction and query path, which makes it impossible to query.

If the above reasons have not been solved, I suggest you contact the customer service of Unicom to find out.
