First, there is a lack of effective communication between the fire supervisors of the brigade and the officers and men of the squadron, and the information on the joint service of fire prevention and extinguishing is not smooth, the purpose is not clear, and the effect is not obvious; Second, the squadron officers and soldiers' fire prevention supervision ability and quality are not high, and they don't appear as law enforcers in their work, which leads to the current situation that the work is cursory, the focus is not prominent, the hidden dangers are not found in time, and they are even unwilling to carry out fire prevention and elimination linkage work; Third, the establishment of joint logistics data is a mere formality, and there is no effective data establishment model, so the "six familiarities" work and fire prevention supervision work cannot be effectively combined. Through extensive investigation with squadron officers and soldiers and fire supervision cadres, we summed up the following ideas on how to combine fire prevention with fire prevention and how to effectively prevent fires: (1) Brigade and squadron should strengthen information exchange and make the situation clear. Fire prevention supervisors shall promptly assist squadron officers and soldiers in joint logistics inspection. The squadron on duty should closely combine the "six familiarities" in the area of responsibility, the formulation of fire fighting plans for key units and field training, and carry out dynamic fire safety inspection, acceptance of key projects and fire prevention publicity training. Because squadron officers and men usually do not participate in law enforcement, influenced by knowledge, experience and other factors, there will be a phenomenon of incorrect attitude when carrying out joint logistics of prevention and elimination, which may lead to some disharmony with the units and personnel under inspection.
