There are various forms of fraudulent short messages.

Fraud example "[China PICC] account confirms that your 265438+ 10,000-flow security fund 3570 account has been delivered free of charge! Please confirm within 24 hours, click on the form (here is the web page link) and return to N to get off.

It's a bit like brushing the list, informing the winners, installing insurance and so on.
