How to turn on Apple information notification?

Open from the lock screen
Pick up your iPhone or wake up your iPad to check the latest notifications on the lock screen. You can also do the following on the lock screen:
Tap a notification to open the application that sent it.

Swipe left on a notification to manage reminders, view notifications, or clear notifications for the corresponding application.

Open from notification center
The Notification Center displays your notification history so that you can roll back and view missed notifications. There are two ways to view the notifications you receive from the notification center.
On the lock screen, slide up from the middle of the screen.
On any other screen, push down from the top center of the screen.
To clear the notification history, hold down the X button, and then tap Clear All Notifications. Or click the X button, and then click Clear.

To manage the notifications you receive from the lock screen or notification center, follow these steps:
Push a reminder or a set of reminders to the left.
Tap Manage, then choose from the following options:
Implicit Push: These notifications will appear in the notification center, but they will not be displayed on the lock screen, nor will they play sounds or display banners or marker icons.
Turn off: Turn off all notifications for a specific application. To turn notifications back on for an app, go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, and then tap Allow Notifications.
You can also tap Settings to change the alert style or alert settings for a specific application.
Change the reminder style
To add or change the reminder style of a notification, follow these steps:
Go to settings > notifications.
Select an application under notification style.
Select the reminder type and banner style.
You can also turn sounds and markers on or off.
Change group notification settings
You can use group notifications or display them separately.
Go to settings > notifications.
Select an application, and then tap Notification Grouping.
Select one of the following options:
Automatic: Notifications for each application will be displayed in groups according to application reminders.
By Application: All notifications for each application will be grouped into an extensible reminder.
Close: notifications will be displayed in the order in which users receive them, without grouping.
You can also choose how to display the notification preview for a specific application from here. For example, you can choose to always show or never show a notification preview, even if the device is locked.
Set up location-based reminders
Some apps will use your location and send relevant reminders according to your location. For example, when you arrive at a specific place or go to the next place, you may receive a reminder to call someone.
If you don't want to receive such a reminder, you can close it. Go to settings > privacy > location services, and then tap apply to turn location-based alerts on or off. Learn more about location services.
If you don't see the notification for a specific application,
To be notified, please connect to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. If you still haven't received a notification from a specific application, try the following steps:
Make sure that the application supports notification. Go to settings > notifications, select this application, and make sure allow notifications is turned on.
If you turn on the notification of an application and don't get a reminder, it may be because you didn't select "Banner". Please go to settings > notifications, select this app, and then select banner.
Make sure you're signed in to the Apple ID.
Make sure that Do Not Disturb mode is turned off.
If you recently installed an application or restored it from a backup, please open the application to start receiving notifications.
