I. Sampling Time and Object

Second, the sampling location

The sampling points are announced by towns and villages, and residents are invited to take nucleic acid samples according to the organization arrangement of village staff.

Three. Relevant requirements and precautions

In order to improve the sampling speed of nucleic acid detection, residents are requested to make preparations in advance, bring personal appointment registration QR code, paper appointment QR code, or resident ID card and other valid documents, and go to the designated sampling point for sampling in an orderly manner in different periods.

Residents in all towns and villages are required to do personal protection during sampling, scan the site code, wear masks all the time, take the initiative to check their body temperature, and keep a distance of more than 2 meters to prevent cross-infection during sampling. At the same time, consciously obey the arrangement of staff and volunteers to ensure that all staff's nucleic acid testing is carried out safely, orderly and standardized.

Please don't eat or drink within 2 hours before sampling, and don't smoke, drink or chew gum within 30 minutes, so as not to affect the test results; Those who hold a 24-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, those who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours within half a year after COVID-19 patients are cured, or medical staff who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine do not participate in this nucleic acid testing and sampling, but they must explain the situation to the village staff in time, provide proof and register.

For the elderly, pregnant women in labor, infants, severely disabled people, bedridden patients and other groups with special difficulties and people who are being isolated at home, the sampling team will come to the door for sampling and testing, and residents are invited to actively cooperate. Single sampling and single inspection shall be carried out for key populations such as centralized medical observation and isolation points.

All towns and villages should prepare quickly and be equipped with information officers and volunteers; Public security, urban management and transportation departments should be fully staffed with law enforcement personnel to maintain traffic and public order. At the same time, the transportation department should arrange enough vehicles to pick up and drop off sampling personnel.

It is the duty of every citizen to voluntarily participate in nucleic acid testing. After the sampling work, residents should do a good job in health monitoring. Before the test results come out, don't go out, gather, have dinner or get in touch with people outside your family. After all the tests are completed, normal production and living order will be restored. The test results can be found in the "Henan Nucleic Acid Test Results" of Alipay and Shi Yu offices the next day.
