Previous nucleic acid test reports can be found on WeChat and Alipay, while paper reports need to be printed on the self-service printer or triage desk in the outpatient hall.

1. Electronic nucleic acid detection report query:

(1) wechat: the wechat page searches the applet of the State Council client, finds the "nucleic acid detection certificate", and then enters the personal identification information according to the prompt to find it.

(2) Alipay: Open Alipay and directly search for "National Government Service Platform" at the top of the interface, click on the nucleic acid and antibody test results to query, and then enter the identity information to query.

In the Alipay interface, open the "Citizen Center" option and click "Epidemic Vaccine". Then in this page, open the option of nucleic acid results, fill in personal information, and click "Check by yourself" to view your own nucleic acid test report information.

2. Inquire about the paper report of nucleic acid detection: the tester needs to take his ID card and invoice to the self-service printer or triage desk in the outpatient hall of the hospital for printing.
