If you use personal online banking to handle a single peer remittance, it will generally arrive in real time. If you use personal online banking for batch remittance, the batch transfer remittance instruction will be executed in five batches every day:

(1) Instructions submitted before 6: 00 may be processed in batches by the host at 7: 00 at the earliest;

(2) Instructions submitted from 6: 00 to 10: 30 can be processed on the host at 1 1: 30 at the earliest;

(3) The instructions submitted by10: 30-15: 00 may be processed on the host at 16: 00 at the earliest;

(4) The instructions submitted by15: 00-17: 00 can be processed on the host computer at the earliest;

(5) The instructions submitted by17: 00-20: 30 may be processed on the host at 2 1: 30 at the earliest;

(6) Instructions submitted from 20: 30 to 6: 00 the next day may be processed in batches by the moderator at 7: 00 the next day at the earliest, that is, the recording time will be extended to after 7: 00 the next day at the longest.

3. ICBC needs to import the prepared forms into the bank payroll system. The process is as follows:

1. When making this form, you must fill in the card number, name and amount, and pay attention to the accuracy of the information.

2. Open ICBC Online Banking Assistant 2006 (download it yourself first, or ask ICBC customer service for it) and import the form file made in the first step (the format is source file).

3. As shown in the figure, operate the following steps 1, 2 and 3. Because the opening time of bank cards is different, the first few may be different, in order to avoid mistakes.

4. Click the conversion option, remove the front tick of the other party's account, it is ICBC, and confirm.

5. Verify that the converted form is correct.

6. Log in to ICBC Online Banking, click Payment Business, and then click the corporate finance office below.
