It is a college entrance examination under the background of decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way and resolutely winning the all-round victory in the fight against poverty. In terms of smooth traffic

Xichang Public Security Bureau will set up more than 100 traffic security service duty points and 90 vehicles at all test sites and main road sections in the city to serve candidates to the maximum extent.

According to Li Guiping, deputy head of the Traffic Management Brigade of Xichang Public Security Bureau, in order to serve the candidates to the maximum extent, the traffic control department will assign a special person to survey the escort route before the exam, get familiar with the traffic conditions, climate and environment, social security and other conditions along the route, carefully formulate plans and preplans, deploy police scientifically and rationally, and make emergency preparations. Implement the "three-fixed" responsibility system to ensure the stability of the test center order and the safe and smooth road traffic.

At the same time, combined with the current traffic safety situation, we will strictly strengthen the remote control of ultra-high, overweight, ultra-wide, dangerous and explosive vehicles, and set up traffic signs and markings such as "No honking" and "No parking" around the test center. During the examination, vehicles are prohibited from stopping and honking around the test center.

Li Guiping introduced that during the college entrance examination, motorcycles and police cars were equipped at each test center and the main road sections where candidates passed, which were "Xichang Traffic Police College Entrance Examination Service Car" and "Candidates Service Emergency Car" respectively, and they were on standby at any time to do emergency rescue work for candidates. When receiving emergency help from candidates and parents, police officers from all walks of life will try their best to serve candidates at any time.

"In addition, we will open up green passages on important roads in the city to ensure that buses, taxis, private cars (with admission tickets) and other vehicles have priority, and use police cars to clear the way when necessary to ensure that candidates enter the examination room in time." In terms of public security rectification

In order to effectively purify the examination room and the surrounding public security environment, Xichang Public Security Bureau actively cooperated with the school, carefully formulated the epidemic prevention and control plan, and made overall planning for the epidemic prevention and control of test sites, examination rooms, candidates and all links. Led by the public security brigade, in conjunction with environmental protection, culture, industry and commerce, urban management and other units, the police stations in various jurisdictions will be organized to go deep into the test sites and the surrounding areas to carry out comprehensive improvement of public security and noise before and after the test, comprehensively investigate potential safety hazards and public security chaos, carry out dragnet cleaning and rectification, and purify the public security environment.

It is reported that Xichang Public Security Bureau will cooperate with the education department to do a good job in the security and confidentiality of the printing, transportation, storage and marking of test papers, implement fire prevention and anti-theft measures, and timely rectify potential safety hazards. At the same time, guide the hotels and restaurants that receive candidates to do a good job in internal security and fire safety inspection, conduct a centralized inventory of Internet cafes, video halls, game halls and other places, severely investigate and crack down on violations of laws and regulations such as the People's Republic of China (PRC) Noise Pollution Prevention Law and the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Management Punishment Law, and effectively purify the examination room and the surrounding public security environment.
