Ten new policies for epidemic prevention and control (released on February 7, 65438) put forward:

Further optimize nucleic acid detection. If all nucleic acid tests are not carried out according to the administrative region, the scope of nucleic acid tests will be further narrowed and the frequency will be reduced. According to the needs of epidemic prevention work, antigen testing can be carried out. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the employees in high-risk positions and personnel in high-risk areas for nucleic acid testing.

Other people are willing to check everything. Except for special places such as nursing homes, welfare homes, medical institutions, child-care institutions, primary and secondary schools, it is not required to provide negative proof of nucleic acid testing and not to check the health code. Important organs, large enterprises and some specific places can determine their own prevention and control measures by the territory. Cross-regional migrants will no longer check the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection and health code, and will no longer carry out landing inspection.

Latest filing requirements:

1. Those who arrive and return to Kazakhstan outside the city and those who enter Kazakhstan indirectly must declare to the community (village) and hotel where the destination is located in advance.

2. Specific reporting method: log in to the Longjiang Health Code applet on WeChat, click the Arrival and Return to Harbin Registration column, and report according to the prompts.

3. The basic information of the applicant is automatically obtained by the system according to the registration information, including name, ID number and mobile phone number. If you have colleagues, you can apply for registration on your behalf.

Back to Harbin's isolation policy:

1. Close-loop management shall be strictly implemented for high-risk personnel who arrive and return to Kazakhstan, and 7-day home isolation shall be implemented. * * * Work with residents to implement the control measures of home isolation for 7 days, and implement centralized isolation for those who do not meet the conditions of home isolation.

2. For those who have lived in high-risk areas of community transmission and spillover within 7 days, and those who have returned to Kazakhstan after being released from centralized isolation at other domestic ports, after a free landing nucleic acid test, the destination epidemic command will "hand in hand" for closed-loop transshipment and implement follow-up control measures;

Note: High-risk area overflow refers to people who leave the risk area before determining the high-risk area. (that is, the risk personnel who flowed into B before A was designated as a high-risk area).
