How to send a text message to China's mobile phone number in China?

I sent a short message to China's mobile phone number:

1, turn on the SMS function.

2. In the SMS main interface, find the plus sign icon in the lower right corner and click New SMS.

3. The format of sending international short messages is: 00 plus country code plus user number, and Russian country code is 7. Enter the phone number of the recipient in the recipient input box, and add 007 before the phone number.

4. After editing the message, click Send to send the message to the Russian mobile phone.
