2 egg yolks, 1 box of pure milk, 40g sugar.

Exercise:

1. Pour the milk into the pot and boil until it is slightly open (small bubbles appear at the side of the pot).

2. Mix the egg yolk with sugar and beat it into milky white and sticky with an egg beater.

3. While stirring, slowly pour the boiled milk into the egg liquid.

4. Pour the stirred egg milk back into the pot, stir while cooking on low heat, and turn off the fire when it is about to boil (be careful not to cook it into egg drop soup).

5. Pour it into a container, dry it, and freeze it in the refrigerator. Take it out and stir it every half hour, about 3-4 times.
