If it is really necessary to return to China, please report to the destination village (community) three days in advance, and give detailed information such as return time, transportation, health status, residence history within 14 days, occupation, etc. After returning home, you need to report to the village (community) where you live as soon as possible, take the initiative to show the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, register the information of returnees, and fully cooperate with the implementation of corresponding health management measures. One-off nucleic acid testing should be carried out immediately after arrival, and health observation should be carried out at home before the monitoring results are announced. If any abnormality is found, it should be reported in time.

The registration process for returning to China is as follows:

1. Learn more about local policies before going home. Overseas personnel, overseas personnel and personnel in high-risk industries shall report to the destination township (village) or unit 3 days in advance, and truthfully report their personal itinerary to the township (village) or unit after arrival;

2. If you live in the middle and high-risk areas and cities under the jurisdiction of this province in the last 14 days; Or cross the trajectory of publishing cases everywhere; Or receive a phone call from epidemic prevention headquarters or CDC at all levels to inform you that you have contact or close contact with this case, or that there is a time-space intersection; Or if your health code is "red" or "yellow", please take the initiative to report to your hometown (village), unit or hotel as soon as possible, and cooperate with the implementation of isolation control, nucleic acid detection, health monitoring and other prevention and control measures as needed.
