Do you need to reply to the group text message?

I didn't reply to all the group news I received last spring festival. I don't need to reply, because he sent a message in group, not in person. If the messages are sent to me separately, even if they are forwarded or copied by others, I will reply, because it is out of courtesy and respect for each other.

Actually, I'm a little disgusted with mass texting. I don't think what you want to say to everyone can be the same. Unless you are a leader, you can't send text messages alone, because you have hundreds or even more employees, and you really don't have the time and energy to send them one by one. This situation is understandable.

But if you are just an ordinary employee, you'd better send messages to others separately and send messages according to everyone's characteristics. For example, how to send it to the elderly? How should people of the same age send it? What should I do for someone younger than you? There must be some differences. Because some short messages are not suitable for all places and not for everyone. Sometimes you will make some jokes because of sending text messages in groups.

I send about a dozen short messages every year, all of which are usually close colleagues and friends. All the short messages were written and thought by myself. I will write different messages according to everyone's different characteristics. It can be said that none of my short messages were forwarded or copied from other places. I don't think that's my own words, and it doesn't make sense.

This is the reason why I received a mass New Year message and ignored not replying.
