Electronic ticket is a convenient, fast and safe form of electronic authentication based on paper ticket. After purchasing tickets online and completing the payment process, users can leave their mobile phone numbers and choose to obtain electronic tickets. The system will automatically send you a text message and an order number. With this message and order number, users can go to the corresponding theater venues, exchange physical tickets with the assistance of venue staff, and enter the venues to watch the performances with the tickets.

There are two ways to get electronic tickets:

(1) Online QR code printing mode: users successfully booked tickets on the website. After selecting the "Online Print" option in the delivery mode, China Tobacco Ticketing will send the QR code to "Order Management", and you can directly print the electronic ticket with the QR code. Show printed electronic tickets at the performance venue before the performance, and exchange them for physical tickets to enter the venue to watch the performance with the assistance of on-site personnel.

(2) How to get an e-ticket through SMS: The user has successfully booked a ticket on the website, and select "Pick up the ticket or e-ticket" to leave the receiving mobile phone number. The website sends the SMS e-ticket directly to your mobile phone, and you can exchange the physical ticket on the spot through the SMS order number.
