Notice on strengthening the epidemic prevention management of drivers and passengers of freight vehicles

In order to co-ordinate the epidemic prevention and control work and ensure smooth traffic, we will further improve the epidemic prevention and control work of freight vehicle drivers and passengers and strengthen the transportation guarantee of key materials. The notice is as follows:

1. Strictly classified closed-loop management. Enterprises should implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, and implement classified closed-loop management for truck drivers and passengers entering the enterprise:

For Lairun personnel who have lived in high-risk areas, the health management measures of "14+7" shall be implemented according to the Regulations on Epidemic Prevention and Control. For foreign travelers with green health code and negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, the enterprise is responsible for implementing the requirements of "stopping, unloading, loading and leaving" with the information of registered personnel in the waybill. In principle, the boss passengers do not leave the car and do not stay overnight. For passengers returning from other places, the enterprise should implement health management measures according to the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements, provide temporary accommodation for single and single rooms, and implement "7+7" or "3+ 1 1" health management measures. For transit passengers from other places, if their health code is green and they hold negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, they should register their information on the waybill, sign a personal commitment letter and implement the requirements of not stopping or getting off the bus.

Drivers and passengers who travel to and from low-risk areas and cities outside Zhenjiang must hold a negative certificate of effective nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and register information in time. If the company implements the health management responsibility of drivers and passengers, it does not need to stay in Runzhou. If it really needs to stay in Runzhou, the car-using unit should carry out daily nucleic acid detection, and it is recommended to provide single and single temporary residences, and strictly implement "point-to-point" management of workplace and residence.

Take personal protective measures for drivers and passengers who only perform transportation tasks within the scope of Zhenjiang City; Enterprises register daily travel information and implement the principle of "fixing people, cars, routes and points".

All drivers and passengers are not allowed to participate in the transshipment of loading and unloading goods, and are not allowed to contact with the personnel of production and operation enterprises.

2. Strict nucleic acid detection. Employees of enterprises should strictly abide by epidemic prevention regulations and conduct regular nucleic acid testing in accordance with epidemic prevention and control regulations.

3. Strict mobile inspection measures. Departments in charge of all streets and industries should carry out inspections in key enterprises, supermarkets, farmers' markets and other logistics concentrated areas.

4. Strict supervision and management responsibilities. All streets should follow up and implement epidemic prevention measures according to the received vehicle registration information. Actively supervise and inspect the implementation of epidemic prevention measures such as voluntary declaration, daily travel registration and regular nucleic acid detection by enterprises and drivers, and implement responsibilities and timely rectification for problems found.
