Changchun provident fund cardinal number algorithm:

1. The deposit base of employee housing provident fund is the average monthly salary of the employee himself in the previous year.

2. The new employee starts to pay the housing accumulation fund from the second month of work, and the payment base is the employee's monthly salary.

3. The newly transferred employees shall pay the housing provident fund from the date when the transferred units pay wages, and the payment base shall be the employee's monthly salary.

4. The deposit base of employee housing provident fund shall be calculated according to the items included in the total wages stipulated by the national statistical department, and the minimum shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard of employees in the previous year stipulated by the human resources and social security departments.

To sum up, Changchun Housing Provident Fund Management Center adjusted the deposit interest rate of employee housing provident fund account from the current benchmark interest rate of current and three-month deposits divided by collection time to the unified benchmark interest rate of one-year time deposit, and the current benchmark interest rate of one-year time deposit is 1.50%.

Article 11

The housing provident fund management center shall perform the following duties:

(a) the preparation and implementation of housing provident fund collection and use plan;

(two) responsible for recording the deposit, withdrawal and use of employee housing provident fund;

(three) responsible for the accounting of housing provident fund;

(four) to approve the extraction and use of housing provident fund;

(five) responsible for the preservation and return of housing provident fund;

(six) the preparation of housing provident fund collection and use plan implementation report;

(seven) to undertake other matters decided by the housing provident fund management committee.
