If you disable your mobile phone card or phone number through Unicom's online business hall, you can do so in the following ways.

1. Cancel the account, use the mobile phone number to cancel the account, log in to the client of China Unicom's mobile phone business hall with the service password, and click Service-Handle-Cancel the account. Specific treatment shall be subject to interface revocation;

2. To handle the downtime guarantee number, you can log in to the client of China Unicom's mobile phone business hall with the mobile phone number and service password: service-handling-downtime guarantee number/answering machine path.
