Registration time for national conscription (male soldiers): April10-August 5 (some counties (cities, districts) can extend the registration time appropriately according to the work progress).

National conscription registration time (female soldier): June10-August 5.

Inspection procedures for male soldiers:

2. Print the form. College graduates and students submit the Application Form for Compensating Tuition Fees and National Student Loan to the Armed Forces Department of their school. After the previous graduates of colleges and universities are submitted to the financial aid management department of the original school for examination and seal, they will be submitted to the county-level military service organ where the permanent residence is located together with the Registration Form for Students. Other young people print or download the Registration Form of Male Citizen military service registration/Application, and submit it to the Armed Forces Department of the township and street where the permanent residence is located. Printed and submitted in military service registration will not be printed;

3. Preliminary inspection. According to the notice and arrangement of the military service organs, participate in the initial inspection and political examination;

4. Received the notice of the expropriated object. Among the young people who have passed the preliminary examination, the pre-requisitioned objects are selected and the pre-requisitioned objects are notified. College graduates and students who choose to return to the permanent residence before enlistment must go to the school armed forces department to receive the Registration Form of College Students' Pre-enlistment Objects and the Application Form for Tuition Compensation and National Student Loan for Recruited College Students, and return to the county-level military service organ where the permanent residence before enlistment for enlistment registration before the start of conscription medical examination.

5. Physical examination and political examination. 6. Preferential treatment policy. Inspection procedures for female soldiers:

1. Register online. Log on to the National Recruitment Network (website:) and fill in the basic information to register;

2. Identify the main candidates. After the registration deadline, the online registration system will automatically review the student status, calculate the relative score of the college entrance examination, and select the pre-selected pre-registered objects according to the relative score of the college entrance examination in the province where the young women apply for household registration (application place).

3. Print the form. The online registration system informs the primary candidates themselves by SMS, and the pre-selected candidates log in to the online registration system, print the Online Registration Review Form for Young Women Recruited, and print the Application Form for Compensating Tuition Fees and National Student Loan for College Students Recruited;

4. Preliminary inspection. According to the notice of the military service organ, the primary candidates will participate in the preliminary examination. According to the relative scores of the college entrance examination from high to low, three times the number of tasks collected is determined as the physical examination object;

5. Comprehensive evaluation. Combined with the physical examination, the comprehensive quality of the subject's political thought, physical quality, cultural quality and motivation to join the army was evaluated by means of checking documents, on-site question and answer and physical fitness test.
