1. You can log in to the mobile phone business hall APP of China Unicom, click "Service-Handling-Package Change", select the package to be changed, and then follow the prompts.

2. If the self-service channels such as the mobile phone hall are unsuccessful, please go to your business hall for consultation with the valid relevant certificates (examples are as follows) provided when you access the network with your number;

Description of valid certificate:

(1) Individual user: the owner himself shows the original valid identity document;

(2) Unit users: the unit certificate, a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal, and the valid identity certificate of the manager must be presented;

Tips:

1. After the package change is successful, the new package will take effect the next month;

2. Some package users do not support online package changes for the time being;

3. Some provinces can't change the set meal in the last two days of the end of the month, so I suggest you do it in advance.
