Samsung s4 mobile phone receives text messages but cannot display them

1. Operate on the mobile phone: Settings-Application Manager-Sliding Screen Options (All)-Find Information-Click to enter, clear data and try again

2. If there is a problem If it still exists (caused by third-party software), please back up your phone data (phone book, text messages, multimedia data, etc.) and try to restore the phone to factory settings (Settings-Reset-Restore factory settings)
