2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking, click "Pay" on the right side of Security → Message Service → Arrears Account, and complete the payment according to the page prompts. This transaction needs K-Bao or K-single verification.

3. Counter: Please ask the householder to pay the fee at the nearby ABC outlet with valid ID and bank card notified by SMS.

4. Customer service labor: You can also call 95599 customer service to pay manually when the debit card is normal and the fee is sufficient.

1. Personal online banking and personal banking channels can only see the payment menu when your account is in arrears.
