The mobile phone can't receive all the short messages.

If you use a Huawei mobile phone, you can do it in the following ways:

1. Unable to receive enhanced information.

If "enhanced information" is displayed in the SMS edit box, it means that the mobile phone is sending a short message with enhanced information. If you cannot receive the enhanced information, you can do so in the following ways:

1. After the enhanced information is sent, the other party cannot receive it.

Your message or number may be controlled by China Mobile's security policy, and China Mobile did not send it to the receiving end after receiving the message. For details, please call mobile customer service 10086 to confirm the cause of the problem.

2. The enhanced information is logged in for the first time, and the content of the received information has nothing to do with the enhanced information service.

There are still some defects in the background information push function of enhanced information, so after the first login of enhanced information, the information pushed by China Mobile is wrong. You can call 10086 to check the correctness of the push information.

3. Enhance information message display garbled code

(1) Enhanced information not supported by the receiver's mobile phone.

Warm reminder: If the text content is sent, it will be sent to the receiver by SMS; If you send a picture, a link will be sent to the recipient.

(2) Some message types (such as cards and public accounts) forwarding enhanced information will display garbled codes on the mobile phone. Due to the lack of the function of China Mobile Enhanced Information Server, the message you received is garbled. You can call 10086 to check the message garbled.

4. Increase information costs

The sender sends a message through enhanced information (enhanced information status: the background color of the sent information is blue). If the receiver is not in the enhanced information login state, the server will send a message to the receiver in the form of ordinary short message. This situation may result in expenses. Please call the operator's customer service hotline for details.

Warm reminder: To confirm whether the message is enhanced, you can check it through the information details. Steps to view information details: enter the information dialogue interface, press and hold the message to be confirmed > select more > more > view information details in the pop-up menu, and view the type in the information type. The type of enhanced information is chat information, and the other types are ordinary short multimedia messages.

If the message type that cannot be received is "General Message", please continue to check.

Second, I can't get any short messages.

1. Third-party SMS may have compatibility problems. Please check whether you have used a third-party SMS application. If so, go to Settings, search for the default application, and set the information as the system default.

You can pull down the status bar, switch the flight mode and try again.

3. If the SIM card is currently enabled with VoLTE, please enter the settings, search for VoLTE, turn off the VoLTE HD call switch and try again; If the VoLTE switch is not found or the problem is not solved after the VoLTE switch is turned on again, it is recommended that you contact the operator to turn on the VoLTE function again, and then restart the phone to try.

4. Insert the SIM card into another mobile phone for troubleshooting. If other mobile phones can't receive it, I suggest you consult the operator.

Enter settings, search for factory settings, and then click Restore Factory Settings.
