Do cheating lawyers check chat records?

2. Legal basis:

(1) Paragraph 2 of Article 1 16 of the Interpretation of the Civil Procedure Law stipulates that electronic data refers to information formed or stored in electronic media by means of e-mail, electronic data exchange, online chat records, blogs, Weibo, mobile phone short messages, electronic signatures and domain names. Chat record belongs to online chat record, which obviously belongs to a kind of electronic data. (2) According to Item 5 of Article 63 1 of the Civil Procedure Law, electronic data is a kind of evidence. Therefore, the chat record has legal effect and can be used as evidence.
