My Huawei Watch2 is connected to Apple's mobile phone. Why can't I reply to WeChat on my watch?

When the watch is paired with an Apple phone, the WeChat app of the phone cannot be pushed to the watch (the WeChat app of Android phone can be synchronized to the paired watch, which is not supported by Apple phone), so there is no corresponding WeChat app on the watch. Without the functional support of WeChat app, I have no ability to reply to WeChat. Therefore, when the mobile phone receives WeChat, it can only be pushed to the watch as an ordinary message.
