Three months' arrears will automatically cancel this number.

[1] Post-paid users (including post-paid network cards) go through cancellation procedures:

(1) Individual user: the owner himself shows the original valid ID card in his business hall;

(2) Unit users: they must show the unit certificate, a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal, and the valid identity certificate of the manager to handle it in their own business hall;

[2] Pre-paid users go through the account cancellation procedures: the pre-paid number will be automatically cancelled after 120 days (at present, pre-paid users in Guangdong, Heilongjiang, Xinjiang and other provinces must provide valid identity documents to the business hall where the number belongs to cancel the account).
