CCB Bank does not provide call reminder service, and the call reminder service can only be opened by a communication operator. China Construction Bank provides SMS reminder service.

1. Online Banking Cancellation: Online Banking Shield users can log in to online banking, delete all mobile phone numbers or cancel the relationship between all accounts and mobile phones through "My Account-Other Account Services-Channel Interactive Contract Maintenance-Account Change SMS Notification-Maintenance Channel" and confirm the submission.

2. Website cancellation: log in to the left of www.ccb.com homepage of CCB website, select "Convenience Service-SMS Finance-Opening", click "Personal Application for Opening SMS Financial Service in China Construction Bank" for verification, and enter the cancellation page;

3. SMS cancellation: use the contracted mobile phone to edit the "last four digits of QXTZ# account" and send it to 95533 to cancel the account change SMS service of a single contracted account corresponding to the mobile phone;

4. Call 95533 to cancel: call the customer service hotline of China Construction Bank 95533, and ask the customer service to help you cancel after transferring the manual service.
