Why can't the group administrator receive the verification message after initiating the request to join the group?

This may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your QQ number has been reported as illegal by the group administrator. In order to avoid disturbing other groups, your QQ number will be restricted from joining this group in the future. The time limit is related to the number of mass reports before, and will be automatically lifted after a period of time.

2. You were often added to this group before, or were reported to have violated the rules in multiple groups. In order to avoid disturbing other groups, you will be restricted from adding your QQ number to this group in the future.

3. Your QQ number is considered as a junk account by the system, so you can't join the new group.
