How to read the SMS verification code when the mobile phone is not around?

Because SMS authentication is to ensure the safety of user information, our company has no right to inquire by other means.

If QQ is at risk of having its number stolen and you don't have a mobile phone at hand, you can try to change your password by the following methods:

1.qqStart clicking the "Retrieve Password" button.

2. Click "Account Password" and "Verification Code" and enter the password type in the official website window of 2. QQ Security Center, and then click "Next".

3. If you remember the secret protection problem, directly retrieve the password. Verify Secret Protection Click "Retrieve Password"

4. In the pop-up password retrieval dialog box, select Secret Protection "Secret Protection Question" and enter three questions.

5. After confirmation, the password was successfully retrieved and a new password was set.

6. If you forget the secret security settings, you can click "Account Appeal to Retrieve Password" below.

7. After the account complaint is carefully written, Tencent will inform you to obtain a new password during the processing.

8. If you forget the above two items, you can click "Send SMS to retrieve your password" below.

9. If the secret mobile phone is verified successfully, you can set a new password.
