Guoke Service Appointment Requirements:

2. Number of calls: No more than 3 relatives can be called on each call.

3. Calling place: at home or other enclosed spaces. Make sure that there are no other unauthorized or irrelevant persons in the calling place.

4. Call time: Make a call time reservation according to the visual family phone system. The reservation period is: 19:00-19:25, 19:30-19:55, 20:00-20:25.

5. Call duration: a single call should not exceed 25 minutes.
